Sweet, creamy, nutty, with a hint of fresh rosemary, this ooey gooey baked brie makes the perfect easy holiday appetizer.
While I am a little sad to see summer behind us, the cooler temperatures and the leaves falling outside remind me that the holiday season is quickly upon us. And with that, I know we’re all looking for quick, easy, but show-stoppingly delicious recipes to wow our family and dinner guests.
And this is one of them. Well truthfully any baked brie recipe, in my opinion, is a show-stopper. This one in particular is a beautiful complex mix of sweet, nutty, and a little herby, which I find pairs so perfectly with the rich brie. Then scoop that all up with a fresh slice of baguette and you got yourself a bite of heaven.
